Characteristics: Raimat is the dream of a visionary and the castle is the memory. A shield engraved in stone found more than a hundred years ago on the entrance door shows a grape and a hand. This symbol became the origin of the Raimat name (“Raïm”, grape in Catalan and “mà”, hand) and the image of the brand. With this wine we commemorate the origins of Raimat which endure as firmly as the walls of its castle.

· View: Bright and intense with greenish reflections.

· Mouth: Round entry with a good balance of volume, acidity and length. Citrus and tropical notes.

Pairing: Perfect complement to dishes with pasta and seafood, and also to rice, white meat and fish.

Service: It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 8 ºC.
