Characteristics: The complexity of five types of merlot that grow in five different plots to produce a single wine, contributing the particular characteristics of each of the vineyards. On the nose, balsamic, spices and cocoa. In the mouth, redcurrants and cherries melted in a sublime complexity of the terrain.

Tasting Notes:

• Colour: Garnet cherry colour, high layer.
• Nose: Intense aroma of red currant fruits, present throughout the evolution, opening on balsamic complexity (gentle notes of eucalyptus) and spice. In evolution marked notes of cocoa and black licorice.
• Mouth: In the mouth its fleshiness covers a good power of ripe tannins, accompanying very fresh fruity notes typical of the area (currant, fresh plum) under which nuances of varietal species, forest herbs alternate.

Pairing: This wine is perfect to drink with small game dishes and, especially, with poultry.

Consumption temperature: It is recommended to open the bottle about 15 minutes before serving. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 18ºC.
