Tasting Note:

• Color: Picota cherry colour of medium high layer.
• Nose: The nose stands out for its great intensity where black cherry predominates accompanied by notes of toasted hazelnut, clove, black pepper and Mediterranean aromatic herbs.
• Mouth: The entrance to the mouth is voluptuous and is characterized by a pleasant acidity and a long and persistent finish.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 ºC.

Pairing: it is a red wine welcomed in the D.O. Penedès that combines with both fish and meat dishes. Excellent accompaniment to cod with samfaina.
