2226 – JERONIMUS RED WINE ECOLOGIC BREEDING – D.O. PENEDES
Characteristics: It is a stone wine that drinks from the history of the Jerónimos Monks; round, fresh and aromatic.
Special preparation: Manual harvest, fermentation in a stone “cup” from 1413 emulating the ancient customs of theJerónimos monks and aging in ceramic amphora with part of our own 725L soil.

Tasting Notes:
· View: crisp and bright ruby red, low medium layer.
· Nose: Intense and fruity aroma of raspberry and cherry jams on notes of eucalyptus and fennel.
· Palate: notes of black, red and wild fruit such as black plum, cherry, blueberry, yarrow and blackberry, and spicy notes such as white pepper and clove.
Pairing: Goes well with all types of red and white meats that are not very fatty. Pairs particularly well with themedium old cow and with traditional stews.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 14 and 16 ºC.
