1413 – CARBON CHAMPAGNE CARBON FIBER LUMINOUS BRUT OF 150 CL.
Features: The Carbon Champagne Brut with 75 Cl Carbon Fiber bottle is the most iconic and emblematic product of the maison. Unlike the Sleeve versions (which have a coating that imitates carbon), this bottle is a work of engineering art: it is made of real carbon fiber, the same material used in Formula 1 single-seaters or Bugatti super sports cars.
The Bottle (Real Fiber): One of the most exclusive packaging in the world. Real carbon fiber protects the wine absolutely against light and temperature changes, allowing perfect conservation. Each bottle requires a week of artisanal work and 21 high-precision steps. Inside is hidden an absolutely exceptional collector’s champagne.
Luminous Feature: This champagne adds a spectacular technological and visual element: a luminous label or bottle (Luminous) thanks to an integrated LED system. This makes it the king of exclusive parties, clubs and night events.
Grape Varieties (Blend): It is usually a masterful balance of:
- 46% Chardonnay (brings elegance, finesse and a touch of minerality).
- 30% Pinot Meunier (brings notes of fresh and round fruit).
- 24% Pinot Noir (brings structure, character and power).
Aging: Aged in barrels for a very long period (more than 5 years) to achieve masterful bubble integration and texture.
Tasting notes:
- View: Pale golden colour, very pure, luminous and brilliant. The bubbles are microscopic, constant, elegant and rise harmoniously creating a fine and persistent mousse crown.
- Nose: Complex, sophisticated and highly precise. First open the notes of ripe white fruit (pear, apple) and fresh citrus. It quickly evolves towards aromas of freshly baked brioche, crunchy butter, toasted almonds and a marked mineral and limestone background character.
- Mouth: The entrance is majestic and silky. The bubbles are so fine that they translate into a sensation of cream on the palate. It is broad, with a lively and vertical acidity that gives it incredible energy. The finish is extremely long, clean, persistent and with a sublime saline touch.
Recommended Pairing: A collector’s item like this requires a gastronomy at the same level of exclusivity:
- Luxury product: It is the ideal companion for premium caviar (Beluga or Oscietra) served on blinis, or for large-caliber naked oysters, since the minerality of the champagne enhances their iodized flavour.
- Noble seafood: Pairs heavenly with lobster or lobster grilled with salted butter, or a crayfish tartare.
- High-cut fatty fish: Excellent with a bluefin tuna belly tataki (Otoro) or a wild sole a la meunière.
- Signature ham: Very thin slices of 100% hand-cut acorn-fed Iberian ham; the acidity cleanses the palate impeccably after each bite.
Service: Between 6 and 8 ºC.
