1411 – CARBON CHAMPAGNE CARBON FIBER ROSÉ OF 75 CL.
Features: The Carbon Champagne Rosé with 75 Cl Carbon Fiber bottle is a masterpiece that fuses the most exclusive and technological design with the haute couture of wine. Like its high-end brothers, the bottle is made entirely by hand with real carbon fiber (with details in red or pink threads), offering perfect insulation from light. Inside it hides a rosé champagne of great complexity, body and sensuality.
The Bottle (Real Fiber): One of the most exclusive packaging in the world. Real carbon fiber protects the wine absolutely against light and temperature changes, allowing perfect conservation. Each bottle requires a week of artisanal work and 21 high-precision steps. Inside is an absolutely exceptional collector’s champagne.
Grape varieties (Blend): It is usually made up of a base of Chardonnay (which maintains the freshness and fine line of the house), combined with a significant percentage of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, of which a portion is vinified as a still red wine to provide the colour and fruit structure.
Aging: Meticulously aged in dark cavas for more than 5 years on its lees.
Tasting notes:
- View: Pale salmon pink colour, very bright, with beautiful copper and golden reflections. The bubble is microscopic, constant and very refined, forming a delicate and persistent crown.
- Nose: Intense, fresh and very seductive. The explosive aromas of small red fruits (wild strawberries, raspberries, currants) predominate, accompanied by notes of rose petals, subtle touches of pink pepper and a background of fine pastry, biscuit and butter.
- Mouth: The attack is broad, crisp and with an extraordinary silky texture; the carbonation dissolves on the palate in an almost airy way. It is a champagne with great volume and structure (thanks to the Pinot Noir), but perfectly balanced by a lively and refreshing acidity. The finish is very long, with a clean finish that leaves a persistent memory of berries and a touch of citrus.
Recommended Pairing: Thanks to its structure, this Rosé is an ideal gastronomic champagne for sophisticated dishes with personality:
- Signature ham: Excellent with finely sliced 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham; the acidity and bubbles clean the unctuous fat in a masterful way.
- Premium Blue Fish: The ideal pairing for a tartare, carpaccio or tataki of red tuna (Otoro), wild salmon or a carpaccio of beef with truffle slices.
- Grilled Seafood: Sublime with king prawns, red prawns from Palamós or grilled lobster.
- Red Fruit Desserts: It harmonizes incredibly well with sautéed strawberries, a raspberry pavlova or fine dark chocolate desserts (with a percentage of mild cocoa, around 60%).
