Each variety is vinified separately. The touch of expedition liqueur comes from a century-old tradition. Aged in rhyme of 60 months.
Founded in 1881, Gramona is a classic, a family winery that defends traditional forms and elegance. Located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia (the nerve center of cava) and run by the fifth generation, the Gramonas are sparkling wines of the highest quality that shorten distances with champagnes and elevate Catalan cavas to higher categories.Gramona Imperial Brut Gran Reserve is an ideal cava to accompany appetizers, Iberian sausages, fish rice and goose foie.
Tasting notes: Straw greenish green. With a fine and intense nose, it shows aromas of white fruit, hints of fennel, herbs and hay, along with toasted sensations and their aging; with a nice citrus background. In the mouth it shows an excellent balance, tasty, dry, with breadth and freshness in the passage. Carbonic is perceived as fine and well integrated. With an unctuousness and long persistence.
Service: Taste at a temperature of 8 ºC
