Characteristics: Els Vinyerons Ancestral Pregadéu Wine is an ancestral sparkling wine, made with Xarel·lo grapes, which expresses the characteristic salinity of the Mediterranean climate. The vines of Xarel·lo are grown in calcareous soils with a scattering of fossilized oysters, which determine their flavour, which for many experts is unique. This cava is defined as fresh and mineral, with an effervescence well integrated into the flavour that classifies it as a sparkling and authentic cava.Like other wines, it maintains a respectful and natural approach to viticulture, ensuring that the flavor and texture are the ideal expression of the fruit, the land and the environment.
Preparation: The preparation of Pregadéu Ancestral Wine begins with the cultivation of the vine, applying ecological techniques that guarantee respect for the environment. The harvest is also carried out by hand, to then undergo a gentle pressing phase.
Aging: Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, using native yeasts and before the end of this phase, it is bottled. The aging period is 18 months in bottle, together with its fine lees.

Pairing: It is ideal for tasting appetizers, sushi or any dish made with white fish.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC.
