Parxet is synonymous with quality cava, it is a winery that since its inception in 1920 has never stopped innovating, not in vain was one of the first to market a Brut Nature. Parxet Brut, made from white, Maccabee and Parellada raisins from the local varieties, is the ideal cava to accompany rice and fish. The fruity aromas and breadth in the mouth will make it difficult for you not to drink more than one glass.

Taste notes:
· Sight: Very pale tone with green reflections, very fine and persistent bubble with a tendency to form a foam crown.
· Nose: Wide, fruity and intense.
· Palate: In the mouth it exploits the characteristic aromatic and gustatory balance of the varieties and the aging.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 5 and 7ºC temperature.
Pairing: El Parxet Brut pairs with seafood, starters, cod, grilled meats, poultry and soft cheeses.
