Tasting Notes:

• Colour: Pale gold colour, bright and transparent. Delicate and persistent bubbles that form a creamy foam that outlines the contour of the glass.
• Nose: On the nose, it displays a wide range of aromas of white fruit such as apple and pear, accompanied by subtle notes of bread or toast.
• Mouth: Perfect balance between fresh acidity and a silky texture.

Pairing: It is ideal for pairing with egg dishes, smoked meats, eggs, roasts, lightly seasoned meats and fish or with light sauces.

Service: Consume cold (between 4 and 6ºC). If necessary, cool for a couple of hours in an ice bucket with water with salt and ice. Avoid sudden cooling in the freezer. It can be stored vertically.
