Characteristics: El Dorado 3 Years Old Rum is placed in oak barrels for at least three years, this rum is filtered twice through natural charcoal to remove color, resulting in an incredibly smooth and versatile liquor.It is a molasses rum that is distilled in column stills, including the French Savalle, and matured for at least three years in static aging in Bourbon oak barrels, and then filtered with charcoal to remove its colour, making it a white rum with ideal aging for cocktails, in mojitos and dai.

Tasting notes:

• View: Transparent and clean.
• Nose: Fresh, with sweet notes of coconut and icing sugar. Hues of tart citrus, cocoa and butterscotch.
• Mouth: Dry sensation on the palate and a medium body. Dark brown hints of sugar, hay, and coconut. The finish is long and grassy, ​​infused with the sweetness of vanilla
