2597 – ROSÉ WINE FROM ABBEY OF POBLET – D.O. CONCA OF BARBERÀ
Characteristics: Abadia of Poblet is a very special winery, as it is the only one in the state located inside a historical monument. In this case inside the monastery of the Cistercian monks from Burgundy. It was founded in 1150 by Ramon Berenguer IV, Count of Barcelona. It is a winery that defends ancestral varieties such as Trepat and ancient forms of winemaking, such as vinifying with rapa. Thanks to this, we have very delicate wines linked to a specific territory and a very deep-rooted tradition. Even so, it is a winery that does not hesitate to use the latest techniques and technologies in the winemaking world, resulting in a perfect fusion between tradition and avant-garde in the world of oenology.
