1290 – CORPINNAT RECAREDO TERRERS BRUT NATURE

Depth and transparency. Brightness and freshness. The most sincere and Mediterranean expression of our landscape. Cultivated, vinified and bottled on the family property

Wine cellar: Recaredo of the D.O. Corpinnat

Viticulture: Organic and biodynamic

Varieties: 57% Xarel·lo, 25% Macabee, 17% Parellada and 1% Monastrell

Fermentation: Stainless steel tank and used oak barrel

Second Fermentation: With organic must / Traditional method

Long Aging: In bottle with natural cork stopper

Brut Nature: No added sugars

Graduation: 12% Vol

Tasting notes:

  • Colour: Straw yellow, the carbonation emerges subtly forming a curtain of bubbles.
  • Nose: Intense personality marked by elegant aromas of long aging that remind us of roasts and confectionery.
  • Mouth: In the mouth it manifests a creamy and pleasant character balanced by the effect of the highly integrated carbonation, which offers a delicate velvety texture. It is fresh and with lively acidity with a broad mouth feel and a persistent aftertaste.

Pairing: An essentially gastronomic wine that pairs well with both raw materials and elaborate dishes. Sushi, paellas and risottos, as well as Iberian ham, foie-gras and mature cheeses. At the table, it is a great ally of shrimp, prawns, clams and octopus, among others. Fish such as turbot, sole or tuna tartar harmonize perfectly.

Service: In order to enhance the structure and creaminess of this wine, we suggest serving it between 8 and 10 ºC and drinking it in a wide-mouthed glass to promote oxygenation.
