Tasting notes:
- Colour: Straw yellow, the carbonation emerges subtly forming a curtain of bubbles.
- Nose: Intense personality marked by elegant aromas of long aging that remind us of roasts and confectionery.
- Mouth: In the mouth it manifests a creamy and pleasant character balanced by the effect of the highly integrated carbonation, which offers a delicate velvety texture. It is fresh and with lively acidity with a broad mouth feel and a persistent aftertaste.
Pairing: An essentially gastronomic wine that pairs well with both raw materials and elaborate dishes. Sushi, paellas and risottos, as well as Iberian ham, foie-gras and mature cheeses. At the table, it is a great ally of shrimp, prawns, clams and octopus, among others. Fish such as turbot, sole or tuna tartar harmonize perfectly.
Service: In order to enhance the structure and creaminess of this wine, we suggest serving it between 8 and 10 ºC and drinking it in a wide-mouthed glass to promote oxygenation.
