Description: Anchovy-stuffed olives are camomile-green table olives of suitable quality that have been pitted and hollowed out with Eng (raulis spp) anchovy paste. The colour of the fruit is green and it must have a cap to ensure that the anchovy paste does not come off.

Olive caliber: 200-220

Format: Can of 1,450 grams.

Clean and drained content: 600 grs.

Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place protected from light. Once opened, keep the container closed and in a cool place.

Ingredients: Water, green chamomile olive, filling 6%, (water, anchovy, stabilizer: sodium alginate), salt, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, acidulates: lactic acid and citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
