2814 – RED WINE FOSCA DEL PRIORAT – D.O.Q. PRIORAT
Characteristics: The Garnatxa Fosca del Priorat is a wine that perfectly combines the minerality typical of Priorat wines with fresh and tasty fruit, the result of which is a complex wine, but rich and easy to drink at the same time. A wine with a great quality-price ratio that is among our top Grenaches.
Harvest: Manual harvest during the last days of September and the first days of October.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with temperature controlled below 28 ºC. Maceration for two weeks.
Aging: Aging in French oak barrels for 10 months.

2811 – RED WINE GARBINADA OF SANTGENÍS I VAQUÉ – D.O.Q. PRIORAT
Characteristics: Garbinada is a red wine blend of Carinyena, Grenache and Syrah from the La Cometa vineyard (Porrera). Vineyard planted more than 25 years ago and worked with a lot of respect as we want it to age in the best possible way and in the process of ecological conversion. Garbinada is the sea breeze that refreshes the vineyards in summer, with this wine you can enjoy a fresh grape with all the structure of the Priorat. It is a very sweet wine in intensity of aromas while in the mouth it is voluminous and fruity.
Elaboration: All the grape selection is done in the vineyard. Harvesting is all manual and only fully healthy and ripe grapes are brought to the winery in 18kg boxes. Garbinada wine is vinified in old underground vats, lined with ceramic sandstone tiles.

2810 – RED WINE GOTES DEL PRIORAT – D.O.Q. PRIORAT
Characteristics: Gotes del Priorat is a red wine produced in the DOQ Priorat. A blend of the traditional Black Grenache and Carinyena varieties, alongside the very well adapted Syrah, it is a wine that shows volume and complexity. With 12 months of barrel aging, it is ready to be tasted.
The winery: Alfredo Arribas is one of the best irruptions of recent times in Priorat and Montsant. Currently, together with the acclaimed winemaker Joan Asens, he makes wines in both D.O., looking for the best definition in each one. Since 2001, he has been making wines with a clean and authentic profile. It is fascinating to see the clarity with which Alfredo explains the wines he wants to make and, above all, to see how this clarity is transferred to the bottle.

2813 – RED WINE PISSARRES – D.O.Q. PRIORAT
Characteristics: Balance of fruit and minerality, of samson and grenache, fleshiness and vegetal freshness. Harmony between the fruits of the two large estates, Mas Alsera in Torroja and Sant Martí in Bellmunt: a link between the rugged center and the warm south of the region. All this is Pissarres, our most representative wine and the reference for understanding the personality of Costers del Priorat. A friendly and honest welcome.
Elaboration: Vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks of 3,000 and 5,000 liters, and a small part in cement vats. Each variety is vinified separately in order to obtain the maximum expressive potential of each grape. Aging is done for 12 months in French oak barrels of 225 and 500 liters. Some of the barrels are new, some are from the second year. Malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously in the barrels.

- View: The world of colours and aromatic sensations that we find walking along any path in the Priorat is concentrated in this wine that is the mirror of our region. Dark red, depth, energy and the wisdom of selected coasts.
- Mouth: In the mouth it is complex, bringing together ripe fruits, memories of the Mediterranean scrub and also a characteristic sharp and cold note, a sign of the extreme minerality of the Licorella soils.
Pairings: Grilled meats – lamb, Iberian pork, beef and veal – represent the ideal harmony of this wine. But there are other, less obvious options. For example, it goes very well with creamy dishes with a certain contribution of fat. From mushroom cannelloni to a tuna stew. Or a classic risotto.

2824 – RED WINE LO PETIT PAU – D.O.Q. PRIORAT
Characteristics: Hidalgo Albert is a family related to the world of wine for more than 25 years. Always betting on high and very high quality wines from the southern area of Catalonia.”Winery Hidalgo Albert” is a project born in 2003 with the aim of producing high quality organic wines using traditional working methods. The chosen place: Poboleda. Located to the north of the historic Priorat, it offers us the perfect conditions and particularities to turn a dream into reality.
Preparation: Harvesting of the grapes in 15kg boxes, with a careful selection of the fruits, always waiting for the optimum point of maturation. Skimmed and racked at the entrance to the cellar and fermented in stainless steel vats.

2827 – RED WINE BLUEGRAY – D.O.Q. PRIORAT
Characteristics: The freshest and most versatile flavor of the select Priorat. A balanced proportion of Grenache and Carignan, among other varieties in smaller proportions, aged in French oak barrels. The youngest heir to an enlightened tradition several centuries ago.
Vinification: The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented separately in small tanks for 10 days, at a temperature always below 28 ºC, for subsequent independent aging in French oak barrels for 6 months before proceeding to the final blend.
Varieties: Merlot, Syrah, Grenache and Carignan.

Tasting notes:
- View: This is a cherry-colored aged wine with maroon rims and high-layer bluish sparkles, which give rise to its name.
- Nose: With memories of cherry and blackberry on the nose, accentuated by notes of licorice, minerals and spicy touches.
- Mouth: In the mouth it is balanced and elegant, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent finish.
