Our well-known red wine aged, a pioneer of the wines of the priory, as its history dates back to the middle of the twentieth century. Elegant cherry-red with ruby ​​tones, this excellent wine is the result of its blend, revealing its high graduation in its elegant and pronounced tears.

Elaboration: The selected grapes are transferred to the facilities to start vinification. A fermentation and maceration is carried out at a temperature of 25-28ºC. The lactic brick fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks

Varieties: Grenache, Merlot, Syrah and Carignan

Vineyard: Vineyards planted on hard soil and grown on trellis. The vineyards are located in the valley of the river Siurana, in the Priorat area.

Aging: after fermentation, the must is aged in French or American oak barrels for aging for 12 months.

Capacity: 75 Cl.

Graduation: 15% Vol.

Tasting note: Sensual, deep and complex aroma with rich aromas of vanilla and roasted from its aging in French oak, combined with characteristic primary and secondary aromas to highlight light notes of very ripe red fruits. Extremely well-balanced palate, warm and sweet, with a high tannic composition but very well structured and a great variety of taste already detected by aroma. With a full, pronounced, pleasant and lasting aftertaste.

Pairing: Sausages, grilled red meats, feather game, goat cheeses, rice with meat, stewed pork, roasts and game.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 17 ºC temperature.




 Characteristics: Vine planted 25 years ago, coming from the family for more than 200 years. Worked with great respect as they want it to age in the best way. Currently in the process of conversion to ecological. This wine has not been filtered or clarified. Suitable for vegans.

Elaboration: Vinified in the old underground vats, lined with ceramic stoneware tiles. After 21 days of maceration, it will be pressed and malolactic fermentation will be carried out naturally in underground vats.

Aging: 12 months in barrel, 50% French barrel, 50% American barrel

Tasting Note:

· View: Ripe cherry red, intense, clean and bright.

· Nose: Fresh, fruity aromas, red and black fruit, notes of Mediterranean herbs.

· Palate: Elegant entry, ripe tannins, good acidity, red fruit, berries, blueberry, currant, aniseed notes, long and elegant finish.

Pairings: Partridge, truffled dishes, duck breast, eggs, mature cheeses, stewed meats with mushrooms and stone-grilled meats

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 ºC.




 Characteristics: During the 1980s and 1990s, a group of young oenologists took it upon themselves to revive a then almost abandoned wine region: the Priorat. Among them stands out Álvaro Palacios. Camins del Priorat 2022 is their basic priorat and the winery’s most requested wine. Fruity, fresh and friendly, it is the result of combining the local Granache and Carignan grapes with the international Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes.

Elaboration: The grapes come from 8 enclaves belonging to the D.O.Q. Priory: Gratallops, Porrera, Torroja, Les Vilelles, Bellmunt, Molar, Lloar and Poboleda; where the vines grow on slate land on steep slopes and terraces. Camins del Priorat 2022 underwent alcoholic fermentation in cement and wooden vats, and finally aged for 4 months in wooden barrels and vats.

Aging: 5 months in French barrel.

Tasting notes:

· View: Picota red colour with violet rim.

· Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruits, cocoa and some black liquorice.

· Palate: Round and voluptuous with a relevant acidity and sweetened by the sweet ripe fruit. Sensation of freshness and long finish.

Pairings: Duck, pork and turkey with sauce, vegetables, meat pie and stewed mushrooms.

Service: It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 15 ºC.




 Characteristics: It is made with grapes from vines that mostly do not reach the age of 30 and planted on the Winerys’s properties. They are vineyards of Samsó, Garnatxa, Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah, from estates spread over a very extensive geography, at various altitudes and topographies, and in which the insolation comes from the whole Rosa dels Vents. With these variables and the presence of licorice, Vall Llach’s Winery obtains a must of great structure and complexity that allows the production of Embruix.

Vinification: Fermentation of the destemmed grapes in stainless steel tanks of 2,500 and 5,000 liters capacity at a controlled temperature between 25º and 29ºC over 17 days. Daily sinking and soft rises. 12-day post-fermentative maceration followed by gentle pressing. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: Aging for 8 months with a traffic in 225 and 300 liters barrels of third and fourth year French oak and light and medium fine grain toast.

Varieties: 32% Grenache, 26% Syrah, 21% Merlot, 15% Samsó and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon

Graduation: 14.5% Vol.

Capacity: 75 Cl.

Tasting Note:

· View: Cherry colour with violet rim.

· Nose: Aromas of ripe black fruit (black plums) and spices (black pepper and cloves) accompanied by smoky notes and dry grass.

· Mouth: Fruity, tasty and powerful, with dry but mature tannins.

Service: It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16 ºC.

Pairings: ‘Steak tartar’, scrambled mushrooms and ‘foie’ and duck ‘confit’ in orange.




A different priority when using Syrah and Merlot as varieties of “coupage”. Aged in Hungarian oak barrels for 14 months, it gives it an even more unique character. The intensity of the fruit is mixed with the personality of the oak, giving the wine an optimal evolution by obtaining complex aromas and flavors. After aging in bottle, the wine has balsamic aromas, toast, coffee and tofu.

Varieties: 50% Merlot and 50% Syrah

Vineyard: Vineyards planted on hard soil and grown on trellis. The vineyards are located in the valley of the river Siurana, in the Priorat area.

Aging: after fermentation, the must is transferred to French or American oak barrels to be aged for 14 months.

Graduation: 14% Vol.

Tasting notes: Medium intensity red and intense brown reflections in aromas of currants, cherries, plums, vanilla, spices, tofu and cocoa. Intense flavours on the palate, polished tannins, persistent acidity, a long aftertaste.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 ºC temperature.

Pairing: Grilled red meats and game meats




 Characteristics: The Grenache and Samsó grape varieties planted in the municipality of Poboleda (DOQ Priorat) are the basis for the production of SENTIMENTS 2020 red wine. After a selection of grapes and an aging of 6 months, a wine is obtained fresh, complex and balanced.

Elaboration: When the grapes arrive at the winery, the grapes are skidded and trampled. Subsequent cold maceration with light extraction followed by maceration and fermentation. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and rests in American and French oak barrels for 6 months.

Aging: 6 months in American & French oak barrels

Pairings: Recommended to accompany sausages, ham, white and red meats, legumes and cured cheeses.
