Features: Following the success of its first two whiskies, Évadé Single Malt and Évadé Tourbé, the Evadé range welcomes a third! Evadé Red Wine proudly represents French expertise in whisky making, from distillation to maturation. This third addition makes a notable entry into the French whisky scene with its finishing in Grand Cru Bordeaux red wine casks. Evade is a 100% French malt whisky produced by Whiskies du Monde. This version is finished in red wine casks. The malt whiskies that make up this blend are distilled twice in Charentais stills, then aged for 3 to 5 years. They are then matured in Bordeaux Grand Cru red wine casks. This final step gives it a beautiful fruity complexity and elegant woody notes, with a nose dominated by red fruits and a good balance on the palate between complex fruity, spicy and woody notes. Tasting Notes:

• View: Copper Colour.
• Nose: It is fruity and round. Notes of ripe red fruits, cooked peaches and apricot compote stand out. Some analyses also suggest nuances of candied fruit and a slightly woody and herbaceous initial character.
• Mouth: It has a silky texture. The main flavours include vinous and tannic notes inherited from the barrel, along with yellow peaches and tea leaves. You can also perceive hints of caramel, grapes and a light touch of pepper.

Finish: It is persistent and dry, leaving a fruity and citrusy or spicy trace at the end
