 Characteristics: Chichibu Paris Limited Edition 2025 GINZA is a Japanese single malt from the prestigious Chichibu Distillery under the Ichiro’s Malt brand. It is part of the Paris Edition 2025 collection, which celebrates iconic neighborhoods in Paris and Tokyo through limited editions with unique artistic labels. The Ginza version is inspired by the famous luxury, fashion and nightlife district, reflecting a sophisticated and modern style in both design and character of the whiskey. The overall production of the series is limited to 2,484 numbered bottles. It is a blend of whiskeys aged 5 to 14 years, with maturation in various casks: ex-bourbon, new French oak, Bordeaux red wine casks, sherry and some casks previously used for peated whiskey, providing complexity and balance. Bottled at 50.5% vol., generally without chill filtration or colour additives, maintaining the characteristic aromatic intensity of Chichibu. It is an edition highly appreciated by collectors and lovers of high-end Japanese whiskey.

Tasting Notes:

• View: Bright golden amber, clean and with good density in the glass.
• Nose: Complex and elegant aromas; ripe fruit (pear, apple), vanilla, honey, light floral and spicy notes, with a delicate smoky touch.
• Mouth: Soft and structured entry; candied fruits, caramel, coconut, noble wood and fine spices. Long, balanced and persistent finish with a very subtle touch of peat.
