Description: Habitat Distillery Dubrovnik Gin Expression is a premium artisanal gin from Croatia, distilled in small batches in the heart of Dubrovnik. It is inspired by nature and the Dalmatian Mediterranean landscape, with local botanicals carefully selected to reflect the character of the region. This expression captures the essence of the Adriatic by combining juniper berries with indigenous ingredients such as local oranges and lemons, lavender blossom, rosemary, sage, immortelle and perunica root, the Croatian national flower, which traditionally replaces angelica, providing a floral and slightly sweet touch. Habitat’s philosophy is to translate Mediterranean flavours and aromas into a modern gin that combines tradition and creativity. The distillery was founded by young enthusiasts who sought to highlight the unique character of their land in a premium gin. It is recommended to serve this gin with Mediterranean tonic and plenty of ice, garnished with a slice of orange and fresh rosemary to enhance its aromatic notes.
