Elaboration: It is the result of the maceration of more than 150 Mediterranean botanicals and the application of the old formula of the house, more than 100 years old.In its sweet-herbaceous aroma and flavour, the maidenhair tree, rosemary, sage, anise, fennel and licor ice stand out.In the mouth its sweetness is enveloping, warm, and balanced by acidity and a slightly bitter finish.

Tasting Notes:

· Colour: Dark brown with amber reflections.

· Nose: Mild sweet, herbaceous and caramel perfume.

· Palate: Sweet with notes of hazelnuts with a significant presence of absinthe and its herbaceous touch.
