3011 – VERMOUTH IRIS WHITE DE MULLER OF D.O. TARRAGONA
Characteristics: Very crystalline white vermouth with golden hues, with a mild, penetrating and alcoholic aroma. The wine base with which it is made is mixed with a delicate combination of aromatic herbs, botanicals and natural roots, which in the particular case stands out for its greater citrus and floral content than the infusion.
Varieties: White Grenache and Macabee.
Aging: It rests for a minimum of 7 months in oak barrels at a controlled and constant temperature.
Graduation: 15% by Alc.
