2833 – WHITE WINE LOIDANA OF MARCO ABELLA – D.O.Q. PRIORAT
Characteristics: The great aromatic intensity and expressiveness of the Marco Abella terroir define this very special wine. Loidana Blanc is a versatile and cheerful wine that makes it perfect for any occasion. Loidana is a female name used in the Middle Ages and that appears in the Marco family tree. Loidana Blanc is born on the estates “Masos d’en Ferran” and “La Creu”. Both plots are located in Porrera at an altitude of between 500m and 600 meters above sea level, which gives the wine great intensity and freshness.
Vinification and Aging: The different estates and varieties are fermented separately in French oak barrels. No aging is carried out to preserve the maximum expression of the terroir.
Varieties: 35% Picapoll, 30% White Grenache, 20% Macabee and 15% Viognier

- Mouth: Fresh, mineral, with lively acidity and a vibrant and persistent finish.
Pairing: Versatile and easy to pair. It will pair very well with rice dishes, pasta, seafood, white and blue fish, white meats.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 8 and 10ºC.
