2827 – RED WINE BLUEGRAY – D.O.Q. PRIORAT
Characteristics: The freshest and most versatile flavor of the select Priorat. A balanced proportion of Grenache and Carignan, among other varieties in smaller proportions, aged in French oak barrels. The youngest heir to an enlightened tradition several centuries ago.
Vinification: The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented separately in small tanks for 10 days, at a temperature always below 28 ºC, for subsequent independent aging in French oak barrels for 6 months before proceeding to the final blend.
Varieties: Merlot, Syrah, Grenache and Carignan.

Tasting notes:
- View: This is a cherry-colored aged wine with maroon rims and high-layer bluish sparkles, which give rise to its name.
- Nose: With memories of cherry and blackberry on the nose, accentuated by notes of licorice, minerals and spicy touches.
- Mouth: In the mouth it is balanced and elegant, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent finish.
Pairing: Grilled red meat or venison or stews, aged cheeses, seasoned meats and dishes, game meats, ribs and powerful winter stews, rice and pasta.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 15 and 18 ºC.
