Characteristics: Mysti is a young red wine from the D.O. Montsant, located in the county of Priorat, in the province of Tarragona. Mysti is made by El Projecte Cava Berdie, producer of cavas and wines in the Penedes region, since the 80s.

Description: The Black Wine Mysti Syrah D.O. Montsant is an oenological jewel that allows you to explore the passion and magic of the Montsant region. This wine captures the essence of Montsant with its deep flavor and notes of ripe fruit that will transport you on a sensory journey.

Elaboration: Mysti is made from the Syrah variety, from vines over 15 years old harvested manually. Before fermentation, a 15-day maceration takes place. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is done in stainless steel vats.

Varieties: 100% Syrah

Aging: 6 months in French oak barrels.

Designation of Origin: D.O. Montsant. The Montsant region, located in Catalonia, is known for its mountainous landscape and limestone soils ideal for growing grapes. The Mysti Syrah Red Wine reflects the richness of this terroir, offering a wine of exceptional quality that speaks of the place where it is grown.

Alcohol content: 14% Vol.

Capacity: 75 Cl.

Tasting Notes:

· View: Cherry red with garnet tones, clean and bright.

· Nose: Intense aroma of very ripe black fruit, blackberries, figs and pitted cherries in liquor well combined with hints of liquorice, floral, violet and seductive roasted notes, coffee, chocolate, on a menthol background.

· Mouth: Warm and fresh, it describes a silky journey marked by a high fruity sensation, with a very balanced acidity and melting tannins, ripe and very pleasant. Fruity and roasted retro nose.

Pairing: Aperitif, Sausages, Risottos, Red meats.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 ºC.
