· Mouth: In the mouth it is a red with gentle tannins and balanced acidity, a sweet wine with a hint of licorice.
Pairing: During winter and when it’s cold we like to prepare dishes with a higher caloric load and accords with the temperature, such as stews, meats, soups or creams. This type of cuisine pairs excellently with Jan Petit red wine, since, in addition, the tannins provided by this type of wine help to dissolve the fat in the food throughout the digestive process.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 ºC.
