2543 – WHITE WINE SISQUELLA CLOS-PONS 2015 D.O. COSTERS DEL SEGRE

 Description: Sisquella is a white wine from the D.O. Costers del Segre produced by Clos Pons. This winery is located in the municipality of L’Albagés (Lleida).

Production: Sisquella white wine is made from the Garnatxa Blanca, Albarinyo and Moscatell d’Alexandria varieties. The grapes come from vineyards located at 500-700 meters above sea level in the towns of Albagés and Pobla de Cérvoles.The harvest is carried out manually in small boxes of 15 kg. For its production, a fermentation and aging with bâtonnage is carried out every 15 days in new French oak barrels for 4 months.

Tasting notes:

· View: Dense straw yellow.

· Palate: Pleasant and refreshing. Enveloping step with citrus and fruity sensations. Well-balanced and honeyed acidity.

Pairing: Cod, Duck ham, Fish rice, Roasted white meats

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC.
