Elaboration: Short maceration and cold fermentation in stainless steel vats to enhance the aromas of red fruit.

Varieties: Black Grenache and Xarel·lo Red

Graduation: 12% by Alc.

Denomination of Origin: D.O Penedes. Ecological

Type of bottle and capacity: Transparent 75 Cl Burgundy.

Tasting Notes:

• Colour: Pale salmon colour with light reddish nuances, clean and bright.
• Nose: Subtle fragrances of blueberries, strawberries, cherry and raspberry, combined with faint floral and balsamic notes.
• Mouth: Fresh, lively and persistent palate, dominated by red fruits and peach notes. Long and sweet aftertaste.

Pairing: Ideal with starters, salads, white fish, seafood rice, sushi and soft goat cheeses, also ideal as an aperitif.

Serving: It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC
