Description: Are you a lover of white wines with high aromatic intensity and full of life? Its intense aromas of citrus and white flowers make this wine a vibrant and captivating choice to drink by the glass, and it will also combine wonderfully with Asian dishes such as sushi or light tapas.

Elaboration: Short maceration and cold fermentation in stainless steel vats to enhance the floral aromas and flavors of fresh fruit.

Varieties: Xarel·lo and Moscat

Tasting Notes:

• Colour: Pale golden colour, bright with greenish reflections.
• Nose: Elegant and delicate nose where the floral aromas of jasmine and orange blossom stand out and citrus notes such as grapefruit or pineapple, which provide a sweet sensation.
• Mouth: Wide, soft and very fruity mid-palate. Perfect harmony between white flowers such as jasmine and a vibrant aromatic background of green fennel, with a long aftertaste and refreshing acidity.

Pairing: Salads and seafood dishes. It also combines wonderfully with Asian dishes such as sushi or light tapas.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC.
