Elaboration: Short maceration and cold fermentation and in stainless steel vats to enhance the floral aromas and flavors of fresh fruit.

Tasting Notes:

• Colour: Intense cherry red colour with blue nuances and purple trim that denotes its youth.
• Nose: Perfume of currant, fig jam and wild blackberries with a light spicy and tobacco background.
• Mouth: In the mouth it is pleasant and enveloping, voluminous, well-integrated tannins. The aftertaste is long and marked by a vanilla and licorice finish.

Food pairing: Perfect with lean meats, sweet and sour sauces and young cheeses.

Serving: It is recommended to serve it between 14 and 16 ºC.
