1416 – CARBON CHAMPAGNE CARBON FIBER EFFECT LUMINOUS ROSE OF 150 CL.

Characteristics: This champagne is a perfect combination of winemaking tradition and high technology in its packaging. The 150 cl format (Magnum) is ideal for aging champagne, since the proportion of oxygen is lower compared to the liquid, keeping it fresher and more complex.

Luminous Feature: This champagne adds a spectacular technological and visual element: a luminous label or bottle (Luminous) thanks to an integrated LED system. This makes it the king of exclusive parties, clubs and night events.

Type: Champagne Rosé Brut (made using the blending or coupage method with red wine from Champagne) Aging: Patiently aged in the underground cellars of the maison for several years (generally more than 4 or 5 years) to achieve a perfectly integrated bubble and great aromatic complexity.

Grape varieties: It is a traditional blend of the three major varieties of the Champagne region:

  • Chardonnay: Provides the freshness, skeleton and finesse characteristic of the brand.
  • Pinot Noïr / Pinot Meunier: Provides the colour, fruit structure and volume in the mouth. Some of these varieties are vinified as a still red wine to give this characteristic rosé tone.

Tasting notes:

  • View: At first glance, it presents a pale salmon pink colour, bright and with very elegant copper reflections. Its effervescence is fine and constant; the bubbles rise in an orderly manner to the surface forming a delicate and persistent crown.
  • Nose: It is a champagne of high aromatic intensity, fresh and spring. The explosive notes of small red fruits (wild strawberries, raspberries, currants) and pomegranate stand out. Subtle floral notes (rose petals, violets) quickly appear intertwined with the character of the aging, which brings memories of fine pastries, biscuits, a touch of pink pepper and a very clean mineral background.
  • Mouth: The entrance to the mouth is wide and crisp. Its silky texture is surprising, where the carbonation dissolves like a soft mousse. On the palate it is sweet but very elegant. The flavours of acidic red fruits predominate again accompanied by a subtle structure provided by the Pinot Noir. It has a long, refreshing finish with a very well-integrated acidity that leaves a persistent memory of berries and a citrus touch that invites you to take another sip.

Recommended Pairing: Champagne Carbon Rosé has more body and structure than traditional Brut, which allows it to shine with both delicate dishes and more powerful gastronomic proposals:

  • Sophisticated aperitifs: Excellent with slices of acorn-fed Iberian ham (the acidity cuts the fat of the ham spectacularly) or with a veal carpaccio with slices of parmesan.
  • Fish and blue shellfish: Perfectly pairs with a red tuna tartare or tataki, high-quality smoked salmon or grilled prawns.
  • Exotic cuisine: Its fruity and fresh profile wonderfully balances Asian dishes, such as sushi with a spicy touch (spicy tuna roll) or Thai dishes that are not excessively spicy.
  • Desserts: It is one of the few champagnes that can accompany desserts. It works incredibly well with those based on red fruits (strawberry pavlova, raspberry soup, blueberry cheesecake) or even with a dark chocolate with a medium purity percentage (60-70%).
