1309 – CHAMPAGNE PRINCE D’AMBLISE TRADITION BRUT
Characteristics: The vines are grown using non-certified organic methods and the harvest is manual in small perforated drawers.In the cellar, the grapes of Prince d’Amblise are pressed in a pneumatic press and, after settling naturally for about 24 hours, the must obtained ferments in stainless steel tanks. The base wine is then mixed, bottled and sealed with crown caps, with the addition of sugar and yeast. These bottles are stored horizontally in the cellar where they are aged by the mothers for at least 12 months at a regulated temperature of between 12 and 15 ° C. Finally they are disgorged and capped with the expedition liqueur.Champagne Prince d’Amblise is a sparkling wine with a profiled character that shows the purity and elegance that so much pursues this winery. · View: Bright yellow, very clean and abundant bubbles.
· Nose: Correct intensity on the nose with aromas of citrus (lemon) and hints of white fruit (pears a little green), hints of sweet pastry, fresh yeast, soft salty sensation and lacquer.
· Palate: Fresh and pleasant on the palate, very intense carbonic throughout the course, good acidity, slightly sweet, citrus, very easy to drink and medium persistence. Medium finish and aftertaste of citrus fruit.
