1250 – CAVA BERTHA BRUT NATURE RESERVE
Characteristics: Cava Bertha is a relatively young cava. They started producing cava in 1989 under the Josep Torres Sibill brand until in 1998 the Bertha brand was registered. Since then and with a completely different concept, new image, new presentations, new commercial philosophy and above all new products, Cava Bertha has positioned itself in the desired market segment in more than a decade and has gained a reputation as producers of extraordinary quality cava.
Production: From organic farming, certified by the CCPAE entity, Catalan Council for Organic Agricultural Production, corresponding certification to both the farm, the vineyards as well as the cellar and the wines.Vinification: Mono varietal base cava (10% vol.), coupage. Carbonic fermentation in bottle at 13ºC. Varieties: 40% Macabee, 40% Xarel·lo and 20% Parellada
Aging period: A minimum of 24 months
Designation of origin: D.O. Cava
Bottle type and capacity: standard 75 Cl.
Graduation: 11.5% Vol
Tasting notes:
- View: Cava yellow with greenish reflections.
- Nose: The aromas are very varied; light notes of white fruits such as apple and pear, mixed with aging aromas reminiscent of fresh yeast and small smoky notes.
- Mouth: In the mouth we find light lactic and creamy points with a soft and well-integrated carbonation.
Pairing: Ideal to pair with any food. Appetizers, starters, fish, rice…
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 5 and 7 ºC.
