Cultivation area of the 100% Certified organic vineyards:
- Region: D.O. Cava.
- Sub-region: Penedes central (Xarel·lo) and Penedes superior (Pinot noir)
- Climate: temperate Mediterranean.
- Soil: loamy-clayey, with good permeability and water retention capacity.
- Altitude of vineyard planting: 110m (Xarel·lo) and 250m (Pinot noir).
- Rainfall: 345 l/m2 on average per year.
Production: pneumatic press, selecting only the flower must. Fermentation of each variety separately at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Light passage through French oak barrels from Allier after the Xarel.lo.

Tasting Notes:
- View: Pale yellow in colour, with fine, slow-release bubbles.
- Nose: Fresh on the nose, floral, white fruit and citrus aromas stand out, with light creamy notes from the aging.
- Mouth: Delicate, tasty on the palate, with a fresh, long and very pleasant aftertaste. Very well integrated carbonation.
Pairing: Recommended to accompany appetizers, rice, pasta, fish, oysters and seafood. Suitable to enjoy at any time.
Service: Serve at a temperature of between 6 and 8 ºC, in a tall, thin, undecorated tulip glass.
