 Characteristics: Wolfie’s Blended Scotch is a blended Scotch whisky produced by the Loch Lomond Group at the Loch Lomond distillery. The brand was created with musician Rod Stewart and is inspired by his Scottish heritage and the rock-and-roll spirit that marked his career. It is a blend of malt whisky and grain whisky, distilled separately and then combined to achieve a smooth and accessible profile.

The whisky is matured in toasted ex-bourbon American oak casks, which provide sweet and spicy notes. It is bottled without age statement (NAS). Its style seeks to be easy to drink, designed to be enjoyed alone or in cocktails or highballs. It has a slightly cloudy character, somewhat uncommon in smooth blends, which adds aromatic depth. The aromatic profile revolves around vanilla, baked apple, cinnamon and ripe fruit, accompanied by a touch of sweet smoke. Since its launch in 2023, it has gained international presence and is positioned as a modern blended with a casual and accessible image.

Tasting Notes:

• View: Bright golden colour with light amber reflections.
• Nose: Aromas of roasted apple, creamy vanilla, cinnamon and soft caramel, with a slight touch of sweet smoke.
• Mouth: Smooth and balanced, with notes of pear in syrup, vanilla, candied citrus and oak spices,
• Finish: Finishing with a medium and slightly spicy finish.
