With an alcoholic strength of 15.4% and polished rice at 60%, this sake reflects the care in its production process and the use of local ingredients, especially Hattan Nishiki rice and pure water from Hiroshima.
The Misen Ichidai Ginjo is pure water from Hiroshima, so it is refreshing and slightly sweet, which makes it the perfect choice both for beginners in the world of sake and for experienced connoisseurs. Its flavor is characterized by a smoothness and a complexity that makes it ideal to accompany sushi, sashimi, tempura, or even light dishes such as steamed vegetables.
