Characteristics: Ryoma Handcrafted Japanese Rum, produced by the Kikusui distillery on the island of Shikoku, Japan, is characterized by its authenticity and craftsmanship. This 100% Japanese rum is made from locally grown sugar cane, pressed to obtain pure juice and sugar cane honey. The distillation process is carried out in stainless steel stills, which preserves more aromatic components compared to copper stills. The rum is then aged in American white oak barrels for 7 years. The Kikusui distillery takes advantage of the favorable climate of the region to produce a unique and gourmet rum, standing out for its refined style.
