Characteristics: Hidalgo Albert is a family related to the world of wine for more than 25 years. Always betting on high and very high quality wines from the southern area of ​​Catalonia.”Winery Hidalgo Albert” is a project born in 2003 with the aim of producing high quality organic wines using traditional working methods. The chosen place: Poboleda. Located to the north of the historic Priorat, it offers us the perfect conditions and particularities to turn a dream into reality.

Preparation: Harvesting of the grapes in 15kg boxes, with a careful selection of the fruits, always waiting for the optimum point of maturation. Skimmed and racked at the entrance to the cellar and fermented in stainless steel vats.

Varieties: Grenache Black, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
