2819 – RED WINE GRATAVINUM GV5 – D.O.Q. PRIORAT
Characteristics: Gratavinum GV5 was born as the illusion of the Cusiné family to establish itself in the renowned Priorat area to produce a wine of the highest quality.With the GV5, the aim is to produce a product with its own personality within the area, looking for a balanced, elegant, fine and fruity wine, without renouncing the character with which the terroir marks the wines of this region.
Aging: 13 months in new French and Hungarian oak barrels
Varieties: 65% Carignan, 30% Grenache and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes:
- View: Very dark garnet colour, with garnet reflections and a very high layer.
- Nose: In the nose it develops, starting with notes of black fruit jams and memories of toasted boots, which later transform into very intense mineral notes of phosphorus, pencil and graphite.
- Mouth: The entrance to the mouth shows a large amount of tannins of extraordinary quality and sweetness. High concentration, volume and excellent acidity. It is also fully marked by an intense mineral character that gives way to a very long aftertaste and a great sensation of freshness.
Pairing: It is recommended to accompany cooked, grilled red meats, stews, civet and roasts.
Service: Taste at a temperature of 16 ºC.
