2633 – SANTIAGO ROMA ALBARIÑO PEDRANAI of the D.O. RíAS BAIXAS
Characteristics: It is the result of an innovative and patented product. A special elaboration following the Santiago Roma Selection process (Rías Baixas Albariño grapes from old vines, average of 40 years), destemming, cry maceration (cold maceration) and tear must.
Fermentation: In ovoid granite stone barrels between 17-18º C, microoxygenation maturation through the granite wall.
Variety: Albariño (100%)
Denomination of Origin: The D.O. Rías Baixas produces excellent white wines, characterized by the fruity and floral aromas derived from the Albariño grape, of international recognition.
Alcoholic Content: 13% Vol.
Bottle Type and Capacity: 75 Cl. Smoked Burgundy.
Tasting Notes:
- View: Fine yellow colour, with golden touches, clean and bright.
- Nose: Reminiscent of the sea, freshly opened oyster shells with a slight smoky touch.
- Mouth: Notes of the Albariño variety, fresh fruit, apple with a slight salty and mineral flavor, notes that distinguish the personality of our terroir.
Pairing: Perfect to eat with fish, shrimp, rice, grilled vegetables, white meats and starters.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 9 and 12 ºC.
