Tasting Note:

· Colour: Intense cherry red colour with ruby ​​tones. Very bright and crisp.

· Nose: It has a wide range of red fruits, plums, balsamic notes, spices and hints of cedar.

· Palate: Soft, enveloping entry with a pleasant hint of candied fruit. Balanced, warm, with soft tannins and good persistence.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 ºC temperature.

Pairing: It is a versatile red wine, a perfect ally for a wide variety of dishes: stewed or grilled vegetables and meats, pasta, firm fish and fat such as cod and tuna accompanied by sauces, rice seasoned with meat, mushrooms sautéed or stewed, sausages and semi-cured cheeses.



2211 – WHITE WINE 2020 VOL I DOL

Description: Vol i Dol White wine is characterized by a traditional vinification: after destemming and pressing, we cool and rinse the must and prepare it for the alcoholic fermentation that takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 ºC for approximately 15 days. The varieties are vinified separately, which allows the most harmonious blend for Vol i Dol. The blended, clarified and stabilized wine is stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling to preserve its freshness.

Viticulture: Our white grapes come mostly from the upper Penedes area, where the Xarel·lo and Moscat varieties have their maximum expression thanks to their less fertile soils and the high thermal oscillation between day and night. The Chardonnay comes from the Costers de Segre area, where the wines made there are very fresh and lively.

Tasting Note:

· Colour: Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Very bright and crisp.

· Nose: Intense aroma that combines yellow and white fruit (apple, pear, pineapple) and citrus, with a subtle floral scent.

· Palate: Large, fresh and fruity mouthfeel (citrus and white fruit) of great intensity. Long persistence with a pleasant floral finish.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 8 and 10 ºC temperature.

Pairing: Ideal complement to accompany snacks, seafood, crustaceans, fish and white meats.



2200 – RED WINE “BULL BLOOD 2020” Original

 The Mediterranean warmth provided by Grenache and Carignan with which it is made make Bull Blood 2020 a black from the D.O. Catalonia with an inimitable personality, and is also vegan.To name the first wine bottled by cellar Torres, Miguel Torres Carbó was inspired by the figure of the Greek god of wine Dionysus, represented with the figure of a bull, and the ancient tradition of the cultivation of the vine in the countries Mediterranean. Today, all the qualities of this first vintage of Bull’s Blood are present in this harvest. The meticulous selection of the best black Grenache and Carignan grapes and a careful elaboration, culminating in 6 months of aging in American and French oak barrels, illuminated an elegant, versatile and authentic red wine, a faithful expression of its terroir of origin.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 14 and 15 ºC temperature.

Pairing: Enjoy it in the company of semi-cured cheeses, stews, game dishes and rice with meat.
