Description: Traditional St. John’s cake with candied fruit and pine nuts. Try our spectacular brioche, tender and aromatic, handmade with natural ingredients, such as honey, orange, lemon, anise, cinnamon, orange water and Madagascar vanilla.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, pasteurized liquid egg, butter (milk), pine nuts (4.5%), pasteurized whole milk, orange water, orange (Sulphites) (2.3%), yeast, cherry (Sulphites) (1.7%), glucose and fructose syrup, pumpkin (Sulphites) (1.1%), salt, honey, emulsifier: (E471), green anise, star anise, wheat gluten, ground cinnamon, lemon peel grated, natural vanilla extract, antioxidant: (E330), grated orange peel, preservative: (E202) and (E223), crystallized vanilla, emulsifier: (E472e), colouring: (E127), (E100) and ( E133), antioxidant: (E300)

Allergens: Contains gluten, milk, eggs and sulphites. It may also contain traces of nuts, soy, peanuts and sesame.

Storage and consumption conditions: Consume preferably within 3 days of the date of delivery. It is recommended to store it in a clean, dry and odourless place at a temperature between 14°C and 18°C.

Approximate net weight per cake: Between 1100 gr. – 1300 gr.

Estimated servings per cake: For 10-12 people.
