Cava Albert Monells Brut Reserve is a high quality organic cava, made in the traditional way, without the use of chemicals. A cava capable of being the star of your most special events. Cultivation of wine made with 100% organic grapes. No pesticides or chemicals have been used.

Varieties: Chardonnay (40%), Maccabee (20%) and Xarel·lo (20%)

Aging: rests for a minimum of 20 months at a constant temperature and controlled humidity.

Graduation: 12% Vol Bottle type and capacity: standard 75 Cl.

Tasting note: Golden colour with very subtle reddish tones, which go into the noblest properties of the grape. Fine and elegant bubbles creating a consistent crown. With an elegant and complex aroma, notes of white fruit with hints of honey, toast and citrus blend. Intense and persistent freshness with perfect balance, presenting a different cava with extraordinary sensations.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 5 and 7ºC temperature.

Pairing: it is a cava suitable for meals, such as dishes with a certain strength, such as mushrooms, cheeses of all kinds, canned snails, red meats (including game, such as deer), rabbit garlic, fish, anchovies, cod, etc. It is also suitable to accompany some desserts, such as crispy pancakes or thick cakes.




Viticulture: This wine is fed mainly on vineyards between 15 and 25 years old planted on terraces and where viticulture is practiced aimed at obtaining a grape with the characteristics of this wine: grapes with a high acidity, a concentration of fresh fruit without over-ripening and a lively but ripe tannin. Specifically, the grapes for this wine always arrive at the selection table in extraordinary conditions, as is perceived in the wine year after year.

Vinification: It is made in small open tanks of 7000 kg, making groupings of homogeneously ripe grapes. Fermentation with natural yeasts provides greater typicality. By means of the tasting, the moment of pressing is decided: according to the vineyard of origin, the time of contact of the skins with the must can oscillate between 12 and 16 days. Then it remains for 6-8 months in stainless steel tanks until bottled.

Sensory characteristics: Intense red colour, with a bluish border that denotes vivacity. aromas of ripe red fruit, but at the same time fresh and attractive. In the mouth it is a round and full wine, with frank memories of the fruit found in the nose and with the typical minerality of the slate soils of Priorat.

Varieties: Grenache, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah

Graduation: 14.5% Vol.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 12 and 14 ºC temperature.

The Priorat is a small and unique wine-growing area of ​​red hills in which, for some years now, an intense and deep red wine has been made, recognized throughout the world for its exquisite quality.

Variety: Carignan and black Grenache

Tasting Notes: Intense ruby ​​red wine with purple highlights. Aroma of red fruits with hints of toast and raisins. Its taste is full-bodied, powerful and concentrated. Its aftertaste is very long and extraordinarily balanced.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 14 and 16 ºC temperature.

Pairing: The wine develops its maximum expression with stewed red meats, stews, spicy dishes, sausages, beef round, mushrooms, rice with meat, etc.




Agnet is a young wine made with the two indigenous red varieties of the Priorat that bring together in their glass the wise combination of body and graduation that Carignan provides us with the softness and aging power of Grenache Noir, reaching the senses the traditional taste of the Priorat, strengthened by a modern wine structure.
