2760 – DE MULLER PRIORAT CARIGNAN

Description: From the farm “Les Solanes del Molar” our first mono varietal from the Priorat was born. Vineyards planted in 1975 that, after years of constancy, give us a complex and intense wine. Carignan has a bouquet that invites gradual enjoyment that allows the aromas and flavors to evolve with the wine in the glass.

Vintage: 2018. This Carignan can be kept in bottle for more than 10 years.

Denomination of Origin: D.O.Q. Priorat

Capacity: 75 Cl.

Graduation: 14.5% Vol.

Tasting Notes:

· Colour: Ruby red colour with garnet colour on the sides

· Nose: Aromas of blackberry, plum, mature beer, vanilla, nutmeg and roasting.

· Mouth: Dry, silky texture and intense flavors. Balance between acidity, tannins and alcohol sensation

Pairing: Poultry dishes in fatty cooking, roast beef, lean cuts of red meat, spiced cakes.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 ºC.
